1. About the Service
New Classified Traffic Exchange provides classified advertising, website promotion, and a manual traffic exchange system. Members may post ads, view participating websites, earn traffic credits, and use those credits to promote their own approved websites or offers.
The service is intended for lawful promotional and advertising purposes. New Classified Traffic Exchange does not guarantee sales, leads, income, rankings, conversions, or any specific business result.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and must not impersonate another person or business.
Accounts may be limited, suspended, or removed if they are used for abuse, fraud, spam, prohibited content, attempts to manipulate the credit system, or other activity that interferes with the service.
3. Traffic Exchange Credits
Traffic credits are internal promotional units used within New Classified Traffic Exchange. Credits have no cash value and are not a bank deposit, investment, security, or cryptocurrency.
Credits may be earned by viewing eligible member ads or websites according to the timers and rules displayed by the service. Credits may be deducted when your ads or websites receive eligible traffic.
New Classified Traffic Exchange may correct credit balances when necessary to address errors, duplicate activity, abuse, automated viewing, or system manipulation.
4. Manual Viewing Only
The traffic exchange is intended for manual human viewing. Unless specifically authorized by the service, you may not use bots, autosurf software, scripts, automated browsers, click farms, or other automated methods to earn credits or generate artificial activity.
5. Classified Ads and Website Submissions
You are responsible for the content you submit, including titles, descriptions, images, links, pricing information, contact details, affiliate offers, and destination websites.
You may not submit content that:
- is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally misleading;
- contains malware, phishing, ransomware, spyware, or harmful code;
- promotes illegal products, services, or activities;
- infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights;
- contains threats, harassment, or unlawful discriminatory content;
- attempts to steal passwords, payment information, or personal data;
- uses forced downloads, malicious redirects, or deceptive browser behavior;
- interferes with the operation of the traffic exchange or other members' use of the service.
6. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Websites
Members may be permitted to promote affiliate links and third-party websites. New Classified Traffic Exchange does not own or control third-party websites and is not responsible for their products, services, claims, security, availability, or privacy practices.
Visiting a third-party website is at your own discretion. You should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site before providing personal or payment information.
7. Advertising and Earnings Claims
Members must not make false or misleading income, investment, product, or performance claims. Any financial or earnings opportunity promoted through the service remains the responsibility of the advertiser.
New Classified Traffic Exchange does not guarantee that any advertised opportunity will produce income or other results.
8. Website Availability
We may remove, skip, pause, or reject websites that are unavailable, broken, unsafe, repeatedly redirecting, blocked from display, or otherwise unsuitable for the traffic exchange.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website, advertising rotation, credit system, database, email system, or third-party services.
9. Prohibited Abuse
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to the website, database, accounts, or administrative tools.
- Do not bypass timers, credit rules, or viewing requirements.
- Do not submit excessive duplicate ads or intentionally overload the service.
- Do not scrape private user data or use the service to send unlawful spam.
- Do not use multiple accounts to manipulate credits, rankings, statistics, or promotions.
- Do not interfere with security protections or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.
10. Content Removal and Account Enforcement
We may review, reject, suspend, hide, or remove ads, websites, submissions, or accounts when we reasonably believe they violate these terms, create security concerns, harm users, or interfere with the service.
11. No Guarantee of Traffic Quality or Results
Traffic exchange visitors may be viewing websites primarily to earn credits. You should not assume that every visitor is a prospective customer.
New Classified Traffic Exchange does not guarantee traffic quality, engagement, sales, sign-ups, search engine rankings, advertising revenue, or conversion rates.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, New Classified Traffic Exchange is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service, third-party websites, advertising content, downtime, lost traffic, lost data, or lost opportunities.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
These terms may be updated when the service, features, policies, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
